What We’re Built On

Our Technology Stack

Our Interview Process

While the exact steps may vary by role, here’s what our typical hiring process looks like:

Step 1: Get to Know Each Other

A 30-minute screening call with Talent to learn about your goals and give you more insight into the role and team.

Step 2: Meet the Hiring Manager

A 45–60 minute video call to dive deeper into your experience. Some roles may include a short task or practical challenge.

Step 3: Meet a Senior Leader

You’ll speak with a VP, Director, or peer leader for perspective and alignment.

Step 4: (If applicable) Final Conversation

For certain roles, especially in Sales or Leadership, you may meet one of our Co-founders or join us for an in-person interview.
