Mount Sterling Nestlé is one of the company's biggest production sites, with over 600 frontline workers and a lighthouse for others in the network. When the team was tasked with digitizing all training and skills tracking, the scope was daunting. In less than one year, they migrated 100 skills and 350 work instructions and eliminated all paper training material and Excel spreadsheets.
